We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Maintenance Engineer to fill this crucial role in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular and emergency maintenance tasks on aircraft, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and adhere to OEM-approved procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely certification for aircraft maintenance, in line with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior maintenance staff to identify areas for improvement in the maintenance procedures manual.
- Report any significant defects or damage found during maintenance, in accordance with company protocols.
- Adhere to aviation safety regulations at all times, upholding professionalism and integrity.
- Lead by example in managing junior staff under direct supervision, fostering a positive work environment.
- Highly experienced helicopter maintenance engineer with relevant qualifications.
- Strong understanding of aircraft mechanics, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
