  • Family and Individual Support: Provide support to families, education, and care for children and disabled individuals in adult service units, group housing, and government institutions.
  • Probation and Parole Supervision: Supervise individuals on probation and parole, ensuring they receive necessary support and guidance.
  • Reporting and Funding: Prepare funding proposals and reports for government bodies and other agencies, highlighting the impact of our services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education and Qualifications: Hold skills equivalent to an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or have three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • English Language Proficiency: Achieve an overall IELTS band score of 5.0 or equivalent, with a minimum of 4.5 in each test component.
  • Skill Assessment: Qualifications and/or experience must be assessed and certified by a relevant skills assessing authority, such as the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA), as being at least equivalent to the relevant Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification.
