We are seeking an experienced Data Innovation Lead to lead the data function within a fast-paced, technology-forward organization.

About the Role

This is a critical role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that supports business transformation, while balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a forward-thinking enterprise data strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Data Architecture & Analytics: Design and implement a scalable data architecture to support current and future needs, and oversee real-time data analytics to drive actionable business insights.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs and drive business outcomes.
About You

You will be a strong technical background and understanding across Azure data stack, including Snowflake, Data Factory, and Power BI. Hands-on experience with data architecture, data modeling, and managing complex datasets is essential.

As a proven leader, you have experience in leading high-performing data teams and implementing data-driven strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in engaging at the executive and board level, are also required.
