Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to ensure our rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room Preparation
    • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
    • Ensure all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain a well-organized and efficient housekeeping area
    • Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort and satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping team members to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is highly desirable
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
