Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Work diligently to achieve the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that we expect.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are organized and well-equipped.
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating your dedication to a flawless experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly regarded.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, making you a warm and welcoming presence for our guests and team members alike.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks.
  • You enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • You are a team player, embracing collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
