Job Summary

We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing rooms for new guests, restocking housekeeping trolleys, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the resort
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to achieve exceptional standards
• Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a secure environment
• Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
