Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is an advantage.
  • Warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and team members feel at ease.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks.
  • Physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Collaborative mindset, working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
