Job Title: Baseball Growth Officer

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Development Officer to join our team, based on the Gold Coast. This role is focused on growing the game of baseball in the local community by working with schools, clubs, and stakeholders.


You will be responsible for delivering participation programs, rolling out pilot initiatives, organising events, and expanding Baseball5 in the region.


The role involves collaborating with local clubs on the Gold Coast to assist in the rollout of participation and coach education programs, delivering engaging and effective Baseball participation sessions to school-aged children, and working with and supporting local community junior club coaches with existing initiatives.


Additionally, you will actively promote and grow Baseball5 by introducing it to schools and community groups, organising events, and creating pathways for continued participation.
