About This Role

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team in growing the sport of baseball across the state. Our Game Development team plays a pivotal role in fostering participation and creating opportunities for growth within our community.


Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with local clubs to assist in the rollout of participation and coach education programs
  • Program Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective baseball participation sessions to school-aged children.
  • Coach Development: Work with and support local community junior club coaches with existing initiatives
  • Expand Baseball5: Actively promote and grow Baseball5 by introducing it to schools and community groups, organising events, and creating pathways for continued participation.
