Invigilator Opportunity

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Invigilators for computer-based testing events. As an Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of these events and providing a positive experience for students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be punctual and reliable, and have a strong commitment to maintaining test integrity. You will work closely with other professional Invigilators to foster a positive testing environment and ensure that all necessary resources are available.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive training program to understand procedures and confidently fulfill your role as an Invigilator
  • Oversee digital exam resources, verify logins, confirm system readiness, and ensure all necessary resources are available
  • Monitor students during tests, address technical issues, and document/report any incidents
  • Administer tasks and procedures, handle pre-test setup, maintain test integrity, report incidents, and manage post-test procedures
  • Supervise children aged 9-12 throughout the testing event, providing a positive, focused, and organized environment

Requirements:

  • Have legal working rights in Australia
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Reside in NSW
  • Have no affiliation with tutoring or coaching schools/colleges
