Job Opportunity: Online Exam Support Specialist

We are seeking expressions of interest for a casual Online Exam Support Specialist to undertake the review of student invigilated online exam videos and associated administration tasks.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a high level of computer skills, organisational abilities, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • To manage conflicts of interest, applicants must not be currently studying at diploma level or higher at a registered training organisation or Australian University and must not have a relative or close friend currently studying with a reputable educational institution.

Responsibilities

  • Complete review of student invigilated online exam videos for the purposes of exam integrity compliance, including the preparation of confidential incident reports and video review reconciliation processes.
  • Using a digital platform, complete data entry of reports and maintain, monitor, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key staff to develop efficient and consistent practices.

Selection Criteria

  • Proven ability to apply knowledge and skills in administration, including high-level computer skills, Microsoft Office suite, databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic communication systems.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including experience in meeting deadlines, making decisions, and taking action in line with prescribed procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both with minimal supervision and as part of a team in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated diligence and integrity to manage the security of confidential and restricted documentation and information in accordance with work procedures.
