Job Title: Ground Transport Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ground Transport Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for domestic, interstate, and international visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and information to all airport visitors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Conduct patrols and routine inspections of airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities
  • Identify any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity and ensure area safety

Requirements:

  • Proven history and passion for working in a customer service space
  • Experience working in outdoor environments, on your feet, for long periods of time
  • Great listening skills and communication abilities
  • The composure to handle challenging situations
  • A full Driver's Licence
  • A WACE certificate (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or willingness to obtain these qualifications
  • First Aid qualification
