We are seeking an experienced Corporate Support Professional to join our Sydney M&A practice group on a full-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting Partners Tony Damian, Nicole Pedler and Amelia Morgan.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing billing processes for your direct team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients with complex billing requirements.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, including coordination of travel and diary management.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to Administrative Assistants to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Supporting the team's business development needs through effective coordination and communication.
  • Coordinating and managing a diverse range of responsibilities and deliverables, requiring strong organisational and time management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Previous billing experience is essential, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to anticipate Partner requirements, reducing administrative tasks and improving efficiency.
  • A willingness to work at least four days in the office, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Previous matter management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, enabling effective prioritisation and task delegation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
