Job Title

An experienced Deputy Project Manager – Maritime is required to support the Project Manager in planning, execution and closure of all project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute and close project activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure projects have necessary resources to execute plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report project performance, including development of a performance measurement plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure projects adhere to relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and project management competency to project team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
