Job Description
The Deputy Project Manager - Maritime will play a crucial role in the success of our maritime projects.
Support the project manager in planning, execution, and closure of all project activities.
Ensure the project has necessary resources to execute the plan.
Manage project risks, including mitigation plans, and capitalize on opportunities.
Monitor and report project performance, developing a performance measurement plan.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans.
Maintain project adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
Lead project team members, providing Project Management competency.
Additional Responsibilities
Support cash-flow plan and maintain project profit margins.
Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Experience in maritime industry or similar field
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
