We are seeking a Clinical Director - RN with Home Health Experience to lead our team in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategies that ensure top-quality care for patients and families. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee and direct patient care operations within the home care facility, under the guidance of our Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and complete projects that support our organization's immediate and long-term objectives.
  2. Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise comprehensive home health care.
  3. Implement and uphold administrative practices, our agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  4. Enhance our agency's profitability and engage with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

Education and Experience
  1. Current RN licensure in the state of practice if the Clinical Director is an RN.
  2. Current CPR certification.
  3. If the Clinical Director holds another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), a current applicable license in the state is required.
  4. One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  5. Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Additional State License Requirements
  1. For PA: One year of full-time nursing experience if the Clinical Director is an RN.
