Home Health Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care operations, managing referrals, and implementing administrative practices that ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete projects that support the company's objectives.
- Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise comprehensive home health care.
- Implement and uphold administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Enhance agency profitability and engage with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice if the Clinical Director is an RN.
- Current CPR certification.
- If the Clinical Director holds another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), a current applicable license in the state is required.
- One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Additional Requirements:
- For PA: One year of full-time nursing experience if the Clinical Director is an RN.
