Responsibilities

The Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) oversees and directs patient care operations within the home care facility, under the guidance of the Home Health Executive Director.

  1. Coordinate and complete projects that support the company's immediate and long-term objectives.
  2. Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise comprehensive home health care.
  3. Implement and uphold administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  4. Enhance agency profitability and engage with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Education and Experience
License Requirements
  1. Current RN licensure in the state of practice if the Clinical Director is an RN.
  2. Current CPR certification.
  3. If the Clinical Director holds another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), a current applicable license in the state is required.
  4. One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  5. Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Additional State License Requirements
  1. For PA: One year of full-time nursing experience if the Clinical Director is an RN.
