**Job Title:** Intellectual Property LawyerWe are seeking an Associate to join our premier Australian Intellectual Property and Technology practice. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with national and international clients and colleagues on complex matters spanning various industries and technologies.About the Role:
  • Litigation experience in IP disputes and Federal Court confidential information / copyright / design / patent / trade mark;
  • Progressing trade mark applications, non-use actions and oppositions before IP Australia;
  • Transactional IP matters including drafting assignments and licences;
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must be able to build rapport with colleagues and clients, possess a high attention to detail, and have a commercially focussed problem-solving mindset. You should also be personable, proactive and collaborative.
