Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Counsel to manage our legal and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee the company's external counsel, handle intellectual property work including trademark registrations, patents, licensing, and infringement.
  • Draft, negotiate, review and advise on commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal and commercial acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be independent, team-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy.

Key Requirements

  • 4-10 years Post-Admission Experience in private practice or in-house.
  • Australian lawyer with current practicing certificate.
