
Quality Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Support services in preparing for and maintaining accreditation standards.
- Undertake quality initiatives, including continuous improvement and supporting each service to implement recommendations from quality reports.
- Develop, design, and implement quality clinical initiatives across residential and homecare services to meet all legislation and clinical care standards.
- Assist services to develop and implement quality systems and continuous improvement plans.
- Mentor senior clinical staff to strengthen and improve contemporary practice.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a current registration and no conditions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build capability.
- Demonstrated experience in management roles within aged care or health sectors.
- Solid understanding of aged care and NDIS regulatory framework.
- Aged Care nursing experience minimum 3 years.

Job Overview:
This is a permanent part-time position with the opportunity to work full-time by adding Registered Nurse shifts. The Clinical Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting services in preparing for and maintaining accreditation standards, undertaking quality initiatives, and developing quality clinical initiatives across residential and homecare services.
