Director of Quality Improvement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and implement a comprehensive quality improvement program that aligns with organisational needs and contemporary practice.
- To provide high-level leadership and management to support local teams in achieving measurable improvements in process performance.
- To assist the organisation in achieving accreditation under national safety and quality standards.
- Extensive experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management within a healthcare setting.
- A thorough understanding of relevant industry quality and safety standards.
- The ability to design, implement, and evaluate holistic improvements.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Performance Indicators: We are looking for someone who can measure success through reduced errors, improved patient satisfaction, and enhanced team collaboration.
