Senior Manager Risk Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the transformation of our risk governance capability.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement best-practice risk, governance and opportunity thinking across the Brand, Marketing, Technology and Corporate Affairs teams.
  • Collaborate closely with executives, business area leaders, and project teams to embed effective risk management practices.
  • Define clear accountabilities for 3LOA across the division.
  • Review and redefine the approach to governance, risk, and compliance across Marketing, advertising and social media.
About You:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Law or relevant subjects (mandatory).
  • 5+ years in risk and compliance management roles in complex financial services organisations or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks as it applies to complex financial services organisations and superannuation.
  • Experience implementing risk transformation programs in similar environments.
