We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Transformation Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future with confidence and make a real impact in the world of risk transformation.

As a Senior Transformation Advisor, you will be part of a diverse team that is a powerhouse of global connections. You will help individuals succeed wherever they want to go, addressing a wide range of client issues in public sector, corporate, and not-for-profit in Brisbane and across Oceania.

You will belong to an international network of specialists helping clients design, implement, and review significant and critical change priorities. This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin – Brisbane, and our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to teams delivering risk, trust, resilience, and transformation service engagements end-to-end, particularly enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, compliance, and full-cycle project risk management.
  • Plan, prepare, and review activities and deliverables for clients and other parties.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients.
  • Work on multiple client engagement teams within the practice.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a blue-chip, government, or professional services organization in a risk, governance, strategy, or compliance role.
  • Project & program risk management.
  • ERM design, implementation, and operations, including risk service delivery.

Ideally, you will also have skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We are interested in your aptitude, attitude, and willingness to learn.

  • Risk and/or project, program, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • High-quality written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate your ideas with impact.
