Your Role

As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Processing sales and orders, and preparing customer quotes
  • Maintaining the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock
  • Delivering customer orders around the local area

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate computing skills
  • An open driver's license and ideally a forklift license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a hard-working and humble attitude
