The Growth Operations Coordinator role plays a vital part in supporting sales operations, partner management, and proposal coordination.

This is a varied, fast-paced position where your work will directly contribute to the success of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales operations by updating CRM systems, generating reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team's activities.
  • Partner support involves scheduling meetings, tracking action items, updating partner content, maintaining records, and assisting with licensing and product sales administration.
  • Proposal enablement requires coordinating bid meetings, supporting proposal development, and maintaining the bid content library.
  • Campaign & Event Support involves coordinating campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and tracking sales follow-up activity.
  • Growth Asset Management entails keeping case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
  • Administration includes providing general support to the Growth Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
