Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Vanta customers across various industries, functions, and stages of their journey.
  • Foster self-sufficiency among customers, enabling them to become champions of Vanta's products and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving them towards specific goals on their timelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success at a software-as-a-service company.
  • A background in managing a strategic book of business.
  • A willingness to collaborate with others and drive mutually beneficial results.
  • A self-motivated and curious approach, with a bias for action and a commitment to continuous improvement.
