About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, APAC. This is a rare opportunity to help build a generational company at a true inflection point.

The role will involve working closely with customers to ensure they realize maximum value from our solutions, helping them integrate AI into their workflows, and driving business outcomes through effective customer relationships.

You will be responsible for onboarding customers, providing training and enablement, building lasting relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and revenue-based prioritization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Integrate our solutions into customer workflows, guide administrators with data-backed best practices, and ensure optimal use of our AI capabilities.
  • Training & Enablement: Champion the power of our solutions as you meet with end users and position them as essential to strategic business outcomes.
  • Relationships: Navigate complex organizations as the primary contact, foster champions, engage executive buyers, and build loyal advocates.
  • Success Metrics: Align with customers on adoption rates, measurable value, and positive experiences to ensure customer value realization and ROI.
  • Expansion and Renewal: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain customer renewal readiness and leverage customer needs to drive expansions.
Requirements
  • Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates can demonstrate comfort and experience with customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms, adapting in high-speed change and growth, strategic planning, and revenue-based prioritization.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in managing customer-facing projects, running in-person meetings, mapping organizations, influencing stakeholders, driving key customer metrics, and owning revenue targets.
