Job Title: People Operations SpecialistThe role of the People Operations Specialist is to lead a cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in a dynamic and exciting people management environment. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for managing teams, overseeing service management, and building strong relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools effectively, ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times.
  • Oversee all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams.
  • Conduct regular Educator appraisals to ensure that all team members are performing to their highest potential.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in a similar environment, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector. They will possess strong leadership skills, a drive to succeed, and a desire to support working families.
