At Dental Boutique, we combine artistry, innovation, and patient care to create life-changing dental experiences. As we open our brand-new, purpose-built Melton clinic, we're seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead and shape a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll start by guiding both clinic operations and patient consultations, helping patients take the next step in their treatment journey. As the clinic grows and additional coordinators join the team, your focus will shift to leading a high-performing, motivated team and shaping the clinic's success.

About The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of clinic operations while also engaging patients in meaningful treatment discussions, helping them take the next step in their journey with confidence.

You Will

  • Lead, mentor, and build the team from day one – oversee both clinical and front office staff, set standards, and foster a high-performing culture
  • Be hands-on in-patient consultations – guide patients through treatment discussions and support their decisions while the team is growing
  • Establish systems and processes – manage rostering, compliance, and training requirements to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
  • Ensure a seamless, premium patient experience – maintain the high standards our brand is known for
  • Partner with senior leaders – contribute to clinic strategy, growth, and achieving business goals
  • Support the transition as the team expands – help hire and onboard Patient Coordinators and other team members as the clinic grows

About You
You're an organised, confident, and commercially minded leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You thrive on building and inspiring teams, guiding patients through their treatment journey, and balancing leadership with hands-on involvement in clinic operations.
