Job Opportunity: Property Claim Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day activities of our insurer clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and allocate service requests to our specialist network.
  • Validate project scope, including cost check, methodology auditing, and overall job relevance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, insurers, assessors, estimators, and stakeholders involved in building projects.
  • Meet internal validation or project management KPIs, including productivity, quality, and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them updated on service progress.
  • Ensure quality assurance reviews for all building requests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain network performance and capacity.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Property Claim and/or Construction roles.
  • Self-motivation, customer orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and communicate efficiently.
  • Capability to meet targets and handle high-pressure environments.
  • Results-driven, striving to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Desirable: insurance assessing and/or repair backgrounds; Builders License or other Building Qualifications.
