Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team in managing property claims and delivering exceptional service to clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end domestic property claims
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to claims reporting and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support clients throughout the claims journey
  • Support the broader claims team in achieving national claims outcomes

About You:

  • You have experience in managing end-to-end claims, specifically within domestic property, and understand the importance of process and service standards
  • You are a clear communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • You work well with account managers to resolve issues and guide clients through the claims journey, including disputes when needed
  • You are organised, collaborative, and proactive, thriving in a team environment
  • You are resilient, detail-focused, and results-driven
