About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer for Technology to join our Central Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with our Leadership Team to develop and implement workforce strategies, and driving business outcomes through strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate organisational change activities across the team.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement workforce strategies for 700+ resources working across 30+ locations globally.
  • Support the technology strategy by providing timely and accurate reporting of key initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a proven strategic leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Your expertise in bridging the 'communication gap' between technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential in driving strong business outcomes. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
