Research and Innovation Officer

This role involves leading research and innovation initiatives within an organization. Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing initiatives to inform and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, collecting data, and managing required documentation including progress and final reporting.

Requirements:
- Strong commitment to delivering results-driven solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise duties.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to produce accessible and inclusive documents/opportunities; craft communications to a diverse range of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in research, innovation or advocacy, preferably within the disability/human services sector.

Role Details:
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications from fields such as social science, research, innovation, or advocacy, or equivalent knowledge gained through education, training, or experience. They will also require at least 3-5 years' experience working in research, innovation, or advocacy, and proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications. A current NSW Driver's license is essential, with the ability to travel to Casula office once a week and other locations as needed.
