Electric Vehicle Sales Manager

Transforming Fleet Sales is a top priority for Polestar. We're seeking an exceptional professional to oversee our fleet and pre-owned vehicle sales growth in Australia, drive functional excellence in each area, and blaze our own trail without compromise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet & Business:
    • Develop and execute national fleet strategy, operational plans, targets, and governance for the area.
    • Design and deploy fleet procedures, campaigns, and programs to support fleet operations and generate fleet orders.
    • Provide key account management, including fleet customer prospecting, relationship building, and negotiating.
  • Pre-owned:
    • Manage pre-owned vehicle sales and monitor stock levels.
    • Develop and manage the pre-owned process to optimize sales.
    • Responsible pricing strategy of pre-owned vehicles, developing partnerships with local service providers to improve residual values.
    • Creating new business processes to support the Polestar pre-owned program.
    • Develop local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenue.
    • Ensure fulfillment of pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and training.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive field or related

Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent

Strong business development acumen, problem-solving entrepreneurial attitude, and strong sense of organization, time, and resource management

Demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Proven project manager qualities with ability to lead process implementation and project full cycle

Excellent written and verbal English skills required
