This is a unique opportunity to drive sales of electric vehicles by delivering a confident, no-pressure customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.

We are seeking an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our team at a Cadillac Experience Centre in Sydney. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing and expanding the Cadillac brand across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include implementing customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, managing leads efficiently, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet all visitors warmly and assess their needs with confidence and no pressure.
  • Provide detailed information about product offerings, features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Presentation vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on requirements and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.

**About You:

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience. Previous premium/luxury brand and EV experience is also desirable.
