Strata management is a key aspect of community living in Australia.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Strata Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional strata management services to clients.

This role involves:

  • Mentoring and leading a team of Strata Managers
  • Positively influencing change management within processes, systems, and customer outcomes
  • Being an integral member of the leadership team, demonstrating values and expected behaviors
  • Providing first-line customer escalation support to enhance customer experience
  • Delivering feedback and training to grow team capabilities
  • Maintaining a small portfolio of Strata schemes, building relationships and being a trusted advisor
  • Facilitating AGMs and other meetings, providing advice as required
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
  • Interpreting legislation and enforcing by-laws
  • Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager or similar role, possess a growth mindset, and demonstrate skills in portfolio and account management, negotiation, conflict management, and technical systems.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team, positively influencing change management, and providing first-line customer escalation support.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager or similar role, a growth mindset, and skills in portfolio and account management, negotiation, conflict management, and technical systems.
