
Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a Lead Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver high-quality customer interactions, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring that our store teams have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the store team, emphasizing the importance of delivering personalized service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the customer service skills of store staff, focusing on active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Work closely with the store management team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address customer concerns and feedback.
