Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to fill the position of Tenancy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our tenants and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in the Metro North East Region, with travel to other locations as required.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to their requests and addressing day-to-day tenancy matters promptly and effectively.
  • You will work closely with a dedicated team of support coordinators, placemaking teams, and external partner organisations to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for tenants and social housing communities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for tenants and the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health issues, domestic and family violence, disability, and more.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
  • You have knowledge of property management or community housing, with experience in the NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
