About Housing Support Roles
Organisations in the social care sector are seeking experienced professionals to fill housing support coordinator positions. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in providing assistance to tenants and facilitating access to various services.
This role involves working with individuals who require support, assessing their needs, and developing strategies to achieve positive outcomes. It requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you will need a Certificate IV in Social Work or Community Services, relevant experience in social housing or community services, and demonstrated ability to provide individualised support.
Key Responsibilities- Providing assessment and planning to coordinate support services for tenants
- Liaising with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and other support agencies
- Facilitating the provision of effective and individualised support to achieve positive outcomes for tenants
