Job Title: Aviation Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Macro Recruitment as an Aviation Sales Executive. This is a permanent full-time role that involves growing online sales for an international airline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners to promote sales.
  • Focus on Leisure travel, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), and Corporate sales.
  • Plan and execute daily sales visits in a structured manner.
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in planning and developing policies, identifying strategies, introducing advertising and marketing campaigns, conducting quarterly reviews, and analyzing management reports.
  • Assess competitor activities and develop new market segments.
  • Develop the corporate sector and conduct product presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma in business or marketing with a strong academic background.
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Experience in the agency network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
