Role Overview

We are seeking a Building Project Manager to lead a series of refurbishment initiatives, ranging from $2 million to $15 million within our Aviation sector.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and based in our office, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Finalizing design specifications
  • Collaborating with contractors and consultants
  • Overseeing the construction and delivery phases of projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing contract oversight, variations, and claims.

Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in delivering capital works building projects, which may include Airports, Commercial, Industrial, Civic & Culture, Education, Health, or other complex domains.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Experience in executing service upgrades and refurbishments
  • Experience in managing building structure upgrades and refurbishments
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with busy stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a client-centric approach
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
