Job Overview

This role is part of an organization's central analytics and innovation team, tasked with solving critical strategic business problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer research and design innovative prototypes to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with strategy consultants, start-up executives, data scientists, and developers to drive business growth.
  • Develop detailed documentation of design outcomes using archetypes, wireframes, screen flows, story maps, user journeys, and prototypes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in design focused on customer and user experience.
  • Experience using Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
