Job Title: User Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative User Experience (UX) Designer to spearhead the creation of engaging digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and developers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design high-fidelity user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes to test and convey concepts to the business and development teams.
  • Develop front-end components in a manner that facilitates easy white-labeling using latest versions of front-end frameworks such as Angular.
  • Contribute to the configuration of build pipelines to enable automated deployment of front-end components across environments.
  • Work independently and efficiently after receiving initial guidance, completing tasks within required timeframes while meeting quality standards.
  • Participate and contribute during agile rituals with the team.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks within your immediate scope and escalate when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of high-quality, continuous improvement, and innovation by adhering to standards, identifying improvements, and sharing expertise.
  • Develop skills in building software for cloud-based platforms.
  • Provide support to other team members when needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency in creating front-end software using frameworks like Angular, React, or JQuery.
