About The Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production room by maintaining all equipment to the highest standards, to minimise downtime. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively identify and coordinate preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Investigate equipment issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and Report detailed accounts of all work performed to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Addressing breakdowns as a priority to minimise disruptions and maintain production schedules.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification/Certificate and previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong Problem Solving and Fault-finding Skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Prior 3-5 years of experience in similar role with a proven track record of maintaining equipment to high standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and management.
