Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test mechanical units, such as engines and electrical systems, to locate faults.
  • Replace and repair faulty parts such as brakes, steering mechanisms, and transmissions.
  • Perform scheduled vehicle servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records of all services and repairs conducted.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recent full-time experience working as an Automotive Technician.
  • Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology is mandatory.
  • Diploma of Automotive Technology will be highly regarded.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair, safety, and maintenance protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
