Job Description\

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing candidates, posting adverts, shortlisting, screening, booking interviews, managing references and documentation.

The successful candidate will take pride in quality and continuous improvement, ensuring thorough background and safety checks, document preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet business requirements.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and effective communication with the team.

\\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • A degree in Human Resources or similar (or currently studying)\
  • Proven experience in candidate management and administration, including document management, reporting, and data entry skills\
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn complex processes quickly\
  • Understanding of hiring practices, including application of Awards, Agreements, and employment requirements\
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with ability to learn new systems quickly\
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
