We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist. This role will be responsible for administering procurement and contracts packages on major projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of procuring goods and services on complex projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience working with project management software systems, such as SAP and JIRA.

About the Role:
  • Develop and issue tender packages, administer tender processes, receive tenders, and associated submissions.
  • Draft Purchase Orders for award and raise SAP Purchase Requisitions.
  • Ensure supplier and contractor documentation is received, reviewed, and approved during initial contract stages.
  • Monitor and administer contractor/supplier performance through execution, approve invoices, conduct change negotiations, manage claims, maintain contract files, and close out contracts when completion occurs.
  • Support expediting and material control through delivery and receipting of equipment/materials to client facilities.
  • Regularly interface with client teams and provide weekly reporting obligations.
What You'll Need:
  • Degree qualified and/or CIPS qualified.
  • A proven track record of administering Procurement and Contracts packages on major projects.
  • Team participation, coordination, and high-level written communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of typical engineering deliverables.
  • Familiarity with project and procurement software systems used by projects (SAP, JIRA).
