Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our hire equipment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing, with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for performing operational repairs on pumps and generators, as well as completing servicing, maintenance, and documentation in line with our high quality standards.
  • They will also oversee the efficient operation of the branch workshop, maintaining equipment, ordering parts, coordinating preventative maintenance services, and allocating tasks for serviceperson drivers.
  • Additionally, the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor may be required to provide support to other branches within the network, working at other branches as needed.
  • They will also perform branch facilities cleaning and maintenance as required.
  • The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions, including the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A valid Driver's licence.
