Job Title: Production Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our production maintenance team. As a Production Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment, maintaining high levels of productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Team Development
  • Provide training and coaching to maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among maintenance staff to achieve shared goals
  • Problem-Solving
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and optimize processes
  • Communication
  • Communicate effectively with plant management, production staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives
  • Report maintenance activities, metrics, and progress to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
